Important Information Regarding the Capital Increase

Following the Advanced Blockchain AG (ISIN DE000A0M93V6) General Meeting held on November 15th, 2017 regarding implementation of a capital increase of between EUR 1,050,000 to up to EUR 2,100,000 by issuing up to 1,050,000 — the new shares have been subscribed (as already reported) in accordance with § 186 (5) AktG with the obligation to offer them to the shareholders for subscription. The capital increase has already been fully implemented, so that the company has received EUR 1.05 million (less costs).

A securities information sheet in accordance with § 3a WpPG was prepared for this subscription offer, the publication of which was permitted by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht, Bafin) on the 11th of October 2018. The securities information sheet is available for download here and can also be obtained free of charge during normal business hours at the company’s registered office.

The subscription period ran from the 29th October 2018 to the 12th of November 2018, both dates were included. The subscription offer was directed exclusively at existing shareholders of the company who received a subscription right in a ratio of 1:1. The subscription price was set at EUR 1.00 per new share.
